To ensure the quality and personalized attention necessary for an effective marketing consultation, we require a non-refundable $50 consultation fee at the time of scheduling. This nominal fee is an investment in the expertise and tailored insights our team provides, and it will be applied towards your project needs if you choose to move forward. Please note that due to high demand, there is an active waitlist with an average waiting period of 2-3 months.

Cancellation Policy

Cancelation Policy For Coaching Packages: By purchasing a plan, you agree to the payments being billed once monthly. These payments will be recurring on the same date as the initial purchase each month for the length of the package states. You will be billed automatically via the initial method of payment. You may cancel this package with a 30-day notice. If a coaching session has not been booked for the month or you cancel and do not reschedule, there will be no refund for that/those individual sessions. Sessions are not eligible for roll-over or to be put on hold past the month the session is billed for.
